YOUR BABY EXPERIENCE

DESIGN YOUR BABY EXPERIENCE WITH AN EVIDENCE-BASED COURSE FOR POSTPARTUM

Your Baby Experience curriculum is simple, understandable, completely fact-driven and un-biased. You will learn communication styles for you and your partner and what happens from birth forward to both you and your baby. We will also discuss stages of growth, signs to watch for with postpartum conditions, and what to expect in the first three months!

Thank you so much! Wish I had this course back when I was expecting my first-- especially the personality part! I think it would've helped my partner support me in a better way. I'm happy I took it for my surrogacy journey with the intended parents.

The Right Place

A self-paced, online course allows you to take your baby class wherever you are most comfortable! Wear pajamas, snuggle on the couch, and dedicate as much time as you have in your schedule.

The Right Focus

No one can control what circumstances we have. What we can control is how we feel about the journey. Our course is an evidence-based curriculum that focuses on what you can expect from delivery to your baby's first milestones! We cover everything from bathing and diapering to feeding and sleeping cycles.

The Right Flexibility

Our courses are available with a click of a button. You can reference the materials no matter where you are (inlcuding during birth)!

FEEL EMPOWERED AT HOME

A major focus throughout this course is to discuss the physiological changes your body and the baby experience after labor and throughout the first year. We will provide you with education around  choices you may encounter right after birth. By the end of the course we want you to feel confident in your baby experience. Remember this is your story.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

This course will provide factual knowledge to you and your partner. Once you understand what your body is experiencing, what your baby is experiencing, and the anticipated growth throughout the first three months, postpartum becomes much more manageable.
